In Short

• Evaluate potential medical group practice acquisitions.
• Build pro forma financial models and dashboards.
• Develop presentations for the investment committee.
• Assist with the due diligence process.
• Collaborate with legal counsel on transaction-related documents.
• Conduct analysis for organic growth initiatives.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking or corporate M&A.
• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Exceptional Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional integrity and discretion.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
