Corporate Development Analyst Intern - Remote

Overview

The Corporate Development team is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship to contribute to strategic and financial reflections at Doctolib and work on potential acquisition or fundraising operations. Directly reporting to the CFO and having regular interactions with the Executive Committee, the team works on various missions structured into two poles.

In Short

• Participate in strategic reflections and prepare presentations for the Executive Committee.
• Monitor the healthtech ecosystem and write a monthly newsletter for the Executive Committee and leadership teams.
• Support investor relations management.
• Contribute to M&A target origination exercises.
• Assist in M&A processes including company valuation and due diligence.

Requirements

• Seeking an end-of-studies internship or second part of a gap year.
• Currently pursuing a Master's degree with a background in engineering, finance, or business with a strong analytical angle.
• Previous experience in strategy or corporate finance.
• Demonstrated leadership and autonomy in work.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in French and proficient in professional English; German or Italian is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint or Google Suite equivalents.
