Senior Analyst, Corporate Development - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Analyst for Experian's North America Corporate Development team, you will help support Experian's inorganic growth opportunities by conducting research, providing analysis for market opportunities, assisting with due diligence, and engaging with the Corporate Development and Strategy teams, as well as Executives.

In Short

• Conduct detailed financial and valuation analysis of market opportunities and potential acquisition targets.
• Play an active role in all phases of transaction execution, including due diligence and internal investment documentation.
• Prepare internal investment papers and support decision-making processes for M&A activities.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on M&A activity within Experian's markets to inform strategic planning.
• Maintain and update databases of trading comparables and relevant transaction benchmarks.
• Manage the Americas M&A pipeline and reporting to ensure visibility and alignment across teams.
• Perform industry and company research, developing target profiles and industry landscape overviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Development.
• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, or similar amount of transaction services experience at a Big 4 accounting firm.
• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or other relevant degree.
• Experience in finance, accounting, and financial modeling.
• Experience communicating complex transaction information to stakeholders and partners.
• Experience working with senior executives.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
