Overview

The Physician Panel Coordinator is responsible for maintaining Dane Street’s physician panel, negotiating physician fees within established guidelines, and onboarding new physicians in alignment with client needs.

Requirements

  • Experience in physician recruitment within healthcare or insurance.
  • Knowledge of medical specialties and terminology.
  • Understanding of state and federal compliance guidelines.
  • Strong critical thinking and organizational skills.
  • Time management skills with adherence to deadlines.
  • Ability to lift and bend; occasional travel may be required.
  • Long periods of sitting and computer work required.
