Physician Recruiter - Dermatology - Remote

Overview

The Physician Recruiter will partner with Leadership and the “Seeker” team to source and nurture relationships with prospective Dermatologists and Physician Extenders, ensuring the growth objectives of Integrated Dermatology are met.

• Actively source experienced dermatology practitioner candidates.
• Nurture relationships with prospective Dermatologists and Physician Extenders.
• Coordinate sourcing efforts to avoid duplication.
• Provide routine updates on business development activities.
• Work collaboratively with the ID staff for timely hiring.
• Possess strong organizational skills for prioritization.
• Utilize social media for networking and candidate outreach.
• Maintain integrity in candidate engagements.
• Ability to travel less than 10% if needed.
• Exceptional communication skills required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• 2+ years of physician recruiting experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Intermediate PC skills, including MS Office applications.
• Strong social media networking ability.
