The Head of Financial Intelligence Unit, Vice President, is responsible for leading the Financial Intelligence Unit within State Street’s Financial Crimes Compliance function, focusing on identifying and investigating suspicious activities related to financial crimes.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree or JD preferred.
• 15+ years of related experience in financial compliance.
• Strong leadership skills in managing global teams.
• In-depth knowledge of BSA/AML regulations.
• Experience with financial regulators and law enforcement.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Capability to negotiate and influence stakeholders.
