Vice President of Finance - Remote

Overview

At Peach, our goal is to improve the lending experience for everyone by offering a leading modern loan management and servicing platform. We are looking for a dedicated Finance leader to build our finance function from scratch.

In Short

• Lead all aspects of finance including FP&A, accounting, and financial reporting.
• Build trust and relationships with key stakeholders.
• Transition finance operations to be fully in-house within 6 months.
• Provide financial guidance to executive leadership and board.
• Create and maintain financial models and forecasts.
• Oversee budgeting processes and departmental spending.
• Manage relationships with external finance consultants.
• Mentor a high-performing finance team.
• Serve as a financial storyteller in the sales process.
• Opportunity to grow into a CFO role.

Requirements

• 7+ years in finance, accounting, and FP&A roles, preferably in SaaS or Fintech.
• Experience in scaling finance functions and building teams.
• Strong command of financial modeling and accounting systems.
• Proven track record with C-level executives.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Ready to grow into a CFO role within 2-3 years.
