Product Manager - Remote

Overview

The Product Manager will lead product-related efforts, facilitate discussions among various teams, and ensure that products are developed in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Lead product-related efforts and represent the product team.
• Facilitate discussions among Legal, Engineering, Design, and Operations teams.
• Lead scrum planning including stand-ups, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
• Utilize JIRA for ticket management.
• Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for risk mitigation.
• Map account opening verification user flows/mock-ups using Lucidchart and Figma.
• Analyze performance of identity, fraud, compliance, and credit risk parameters.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve product specifications.
• Conduct market/customer research to identify potential features.
• Coordinate go-to-market strategies for launching new products.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Information Technology, or Data Analytics.
• 1 year of experience in product management.
• Experience leading scrum planning and utilizing JIRA.
• Proficiency in creating PRDs and mapping user flows.
• Experience analyzing performance metrics using Google Looker and PostgreSQL.
