In Short

• Work with product leadership and key stakeholders to shape future product strategy.
• Understand drivers of business value and propose new solutions.
• Translate customer needs into requirements for Design, Engineering, and Data Science teams.
• Facilitate refinement discussions for functional requirement details.
• Create impactful product interfaces and user experiences with Design teams.
• Pursue continuous improvement initiatives using product analytics.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and collaboration among stakeholders.
• Ask probing questions to uncover opportunities.
• Develop a deep understanding of the Machinify platform and products.

Requirements

• Extensive Product Management experience in a high-tech organization.
• Ability to manage trade-offs between short-term wins and long-term strategy.
• Experience with operations or domain-expert teams for product-market fit.
• Background in partnering with Design teams and applying UX best practices.
• Success in leading software delivery as a Product Manager or Engineer.
• Initiative and ownership in driving projects from vision to execution.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• High curiosity and ability to challenge assumptions.
