Product Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager to own Sully.ai’s customer-facing product roadmap. This role is all about deeply understanding customer needs, translating feedback into a prioritized backlog, and driving delivery of features that create measurable impact.

In Short

• Own and manage the customer-facing product work, ensuring priorities are aligned with customer impact and business goals.
• Partner closely with engineering and design to translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
• Build feedback loops with customers to identify pain points, validate feature concepts, and measure outcomes.
• Define and track success metrics (adoption, engagement, satisfaction) to guide data-driven prioritization.
• Serve as the voice of the customer across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience gathering customer feedback and translating it into actionable requirements.
• Strong organizational discipline (tools like Jira, Linear, or Notion).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs.
