In Short

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer implementations.
• Structure plans, milestones, and timelines for implementations.
• Collaborate with clients to achieve alignment on project timelines.
• Work directly with customers to ensure on-time project completion.
• Drive down completion time for repeatable projects.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Report on project timelines and flag risks proactively.
• Implement strategies to accelerate projects.
• Tailor reporting to various stakeholders.
• Document risks and implement plans to close gaps.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in software implementations with banks or FinTech.
• Ability to deliver multi-month projects on time.
• Experience in recommending process improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders at varying technical and business levels.
• Strong understanding of the banking and fintech industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
