In Short

• Direct and manage project development timelines from beginning to end, under minimal supervision
• Coordinate all activities within the project team to ensure that project tasks are completed on time
• Manage customer expectations by effectively communicating project expectations
• Facilitate discussion and alternative approaches
• Successfully prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Work closely with product owners and management
• Lead and demonstrate value-add principles to a team
• Monitor and address risks and issues
• Establish project plans, timelines and specifications based on customer needs
• Maintain required project documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience, including 2+ years in project management
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Certification in Project Management preferred
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Proficient in Office 365
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to manage large projects
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Strong client focus with exceptional collaborative skills
