In Short

• Direct and manage project development timelines from beginning to end, under no supervision
• Coordinate all activities within the project team to ensure that project tasks are completed on time
• Manage customer expectations by effectively communicating project expectation between all parties
• Facilitate discussion and alternatives or different approaches
• Successfully prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Work closely with product owners and management to provide visibility into feature readiness
• Lead and demonstrate value-add principles to a team
• Keep customer and management well informed
• Drive project initiation through completion
• Monitor and address risks and issues as appropriate

Requirements

• Requires 4+ years of project management experience, with 3+ years managing SaaS implementation projects
• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field or MBA preferred
• Certification in Project Management may be required
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Proficient in Office 365 - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organization and follow up skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Ability to blend agile, scrum, and waterfall methodologies
• Proven ability to handle large projects
