Vice President of Finance - Remote

Overview

The Vice President of Finance at Shipwell will be a strategic partner to the executive team, responsible for all financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions for a rapidly growing SaaS business.

• Develop and execute financial strategy for sustainable growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership, specifically in SaaS.
• Deep expertise in SaaS metrics and revenue recognition.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and experience with financial systems.
• Ability to lead M&A due diligence and fundraising processes.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
• Adept at cash flow management in a fast-paced environment.
