Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a corporate paralegal.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required.
• Experience with public company governance and SEC reporting preferred.
• Proficiency with legal and contract management tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
