Overview

As a Buyer at Petal and Pup, you will be responsible for delivering an on-trend product assortment and ensuring your category is achieving global sales and margin targets. You will collaborate with various teams to develop business strategies and seasonal assortment plans.

In Short

Develop assortment strategies for your category.
Review sales performance and recommend styles for markdowns.
Source and select product assortments.
Analyze weekly and monthly sales data.
Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate terms.
Identify trends and analyze competition.
Optimize product pricing and demand.
Maintain product delivery flow and manage issues.
Curate collections and events based on data.
Work autonomously and connect with the customer.

Requirements

2+ years' experience as a Buyer, preferably in women's fashion.
Creative eye for fashion.
Strong data analysis skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently.
Passion for the brand and product.
Fashion-forward and trend-focused mindset.
