Corporate Paralegal - Remote

Overview

As a Corporate Paralegal, you will provide legal support with corporate transactions, entity management, contract review and management, and general corporate maintenance.

In Short

• Assist in the formation, maintenance, and dissolution of corporate entities and prepare related organizational documents.
• Review simple contracts and implement and coordinate contract management process.
• Coordinate real property acquisition and disposition closings and prepare related documents.
• Organize corporate records.
• Research legal issues.
• Assist with preparation and filing of corporate and property-level licenses.
• Assist with preparing document production, and preparing exhibits for depositions, trials, and arbitrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of transactional experience in private equity, real estate, or M&A, preferably at a law firm.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, and advanced knowledge of Excel preferred.
