Labor Management Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of all aspects of labor utilization in collaboration with all of our communities throughout the country.

• Responsible for labor utilization across multiple communities.
• Partner with operations, finance, recruiting, and HR.
• Manage overtime usage and contract labor scheduling.
• Support additional operational functions as needed.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of senior housing community functions.
• Experience in accounting, billing, and expense management.
• Able to perform budget analysis and variance reporting.
• Proven history of coaching or influencing people.
• Problem-solving experience.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to customer service excellence.
• Ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
