Requirements

• Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse required.
• 5 years experience as a Program Director or Resident Care Director.
• Leadership and strong communication skills are a MUST.
• Fluency in Point Click Care.
• Skilled with Word, Excel, and general software systems.
• Regulatory knowledge.
• Ability to manage staffing budgets.
