In Short

  • Manage Canva Care Program operations and vendor management.
  • Provide WHS subject matter expertise for health and wellbeing programs.
  • Deliver operational WHS tasks including compliance reporting and risk assessments.
  • Collaborate on workplace wellbeing initiatives.
  • Monitor wellbeing trends and improve reporting capabilities.
  • Support acute wellbeing incidents in partnership with the Head of Wellbeing.
  • Deliver mental health training and wellbeing sessions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in workplace wellbeing or WHS with a focus on mental health.
  • A clinical or technical background in mental health.
  • Knowledge of WHS operations and safety best practices.
  • Experience managing EAP programs and incident reporting.
  • Ability to work independently in a global team.
  • Bonus points for experience in workers’ compensation case management.
