Health Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are currently looking for someone to join our Corporate Benefits team as a Health Specialist. In this role you will work closely with 2-3 consultants, supporting them and our customers with varied administration tasks (renewals, invoices, quotes, policies, claims, queries).

• Work closely with consultants and customers

• Maintain knowledge of Benefex systems
• Request quotations and chase insurers
• Assist customers and providers with queries
• Ensure scheme documentation is in place

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in employee benefits
• Basic Excel skills
• Effective communication skills
• Strong time management skills
• Good analytical skills
• Adaptable to changing portfolios
• Show initiative in tasks
• Team player mentality
• IF7 certification is a plus
