Overview

As a Technical Support Executive at Benifex, you'll play a crucial role in supporting customers and partners with technical queries, ensuring an excellent experience with our online reward and benefits solutions.

In Short

  • Provide first line support for queries regarding platform-related issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with the Gateway platform.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
  • Document issues and solutions in the ticketing system.
  • Replicate and analyze reported issues to ascertain their nature.
  • Work with the development team to identify solutions to reported problems.
  • Become a platform specialist providing advice to users.
  • Maintain system and release documentation for effective platform usage.
  • Assist in maintaining technical and support procedure documentation.
  • Join a team recognized as a Sunday Times Best Place to Work 2025.

Requirements

  • Interest in tech and willingness to learn.
  • Customer-focused with experience in a technical environment.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce or FreshDesk.
  • Resilience in dealing with setbacks and complications.
  • Knowledge of employee benefits is a plus.
