Technical Support Expert - Remote

Overview

The main objective is to fulfill the operational tasks related to creating and updating the internal apps for the questionnaire applicable for the respondents in our databases.

In Short

• Monitor preNABS internal processes and ticketing solutions.
• Create local applications, software, and providing support and implementation of new features on existing applications.
• Document / comment the written code, rewrite and improve existing code pieces.
• Execute operational tasks, quality assurance of data entry and production data.
• Act as a buddy for new employees within the team.
• Scripting dialogs for various applications.
• Display interest in new software developments.
• Maintain Porthos.

Requirements

• Basic programming skills and knowledge of object-oriented design.
• Minimum experience with SQL databases.
• Working knowledge with software versions (preferably Git).
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) is an advantage.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Curiosity and a proactive approach to learning.
• Desire to stay updated with technology trends.
• 1-2 years experience in Data Processing.
