In Short

• Collaborate with product and design teams to build high-value features.
• Drive the evolution of architecture and system.
• Ensure the availability, scalability, and efficiency of services.
• Produce simple, maintainable code.
• Define testing strategies and write automated tests.
• Own your code to production with a self-service continuous delivery pipeline.
• Run what you build using container orchestration and monitoring technologies.
• Perform code-reviews promptly and constructively.
• Work on impactful projects with high volumes of production traffic.
• Participate in mitigating technical debt.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of commercial experience with the tech stack.
• Good knowledge of Python and web frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, Django).
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of modern testing principles.
• Experience with a highly distributed microservices architecture.
• Good knowledge of Docker.
• Experience with MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working remotely in a global environment (1+ years is a plus).
• Ability to think abstractly and deal with ambiguous problems.
