In Short

• Collaborate with product and design teams to build high-value features.
• Drive the evolution of architecture and system.
• Ensure availability, scalability, and efficiency of services.
• Produce simple, maintainable code.
• Define testing strategies and write automated tests.
• Own your code all the way to production.
• Run what you build using containers orchestration and monitoring technologies.
• Perform code-reviews promptly and constructively.
• Work on impactful projects with high volumes of production traffic.
• Participate in mitigating technical debt.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of commercial experience with the tech-stack.
• Understanding of modern testing principles.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with a highly distributed microservices architecture.
• Good knowledge of Python and web frameworks.
• Experience with MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL.
• Good knowledge of Docker.
• 1+ years working remotely in a global environment (nice-to-have).
