In Short

Develop, deploy, and maintain Python-based SDKs focused on RESTful APIs, data ingestion and integration with third party systems.
Maintain open source projects, contributing to design, implementation and engaging documentation.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment of open-source projects.
Build and maintain scalable and robust solutions for medical data processing (e.g., DICOM, NIFTI).
Collaborate with data scientists to integrate ML models into production environments.
Monitor deployed systems to ensure stability and performance, proactively addressing issues (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry).
Proven ability to profile and optimize Python code for CPU, memory, and I/O efficiency.

Requirements

A degree in Computer Science or related fields.
3+ years of Python programming experience with strong software architecture skills and SDK experience.
A passion for building reliable, well-documented systems that scale effectively.
Familiarity with Open Source development.
You thrive most during the initial years of a company's inception, particularly relishing the dynamics of small team environments.
Customer-centricity is paramount. Engineers are integral to every stage of the delivery process, necessitating a strong product focus.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with cross-functional teams, clients, and community contributors.
Strong willingness to learn and experiment with Elixir.
A keen interest in Machine Learning.
