In Short

  • Seeking an Expert Technical Support Consultant with expertise in SQL, HL7, and application troubleshooting.
  • Strong experience in supporting complex healthcare applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and SQL Server troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Provide software application support to hospital IT staff.
  • Track and document inbound requests and ensure adherence to SLAs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and mentor team members.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including after-hours support.
  • Engage with clients to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL and MS SQL Server.
  • Strong understanding of Windows Server administration.
  • Significant experience in software/product support.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience working with international clients.
  • Knowledge of healthcare applications and industry terminology is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications in SQL or Healthcare IT are desirable.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a support role.
