Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (C1 level).
  • 1+ years of experience in tech support for software.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceDesk.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles.
  • Basic knowledge of HTTP protocol and REST API.
  • Customer-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
