In Short

  • Engage with collectors through chat, email, and phone support.
  • Handle complex account questions and resolve issues.
  • Document interactions and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service quality.
  • Gather customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements.
  • Familiarity with Alt's platform and offerings is required.
  • Active collector in the sports and collectibles industry.
  • 1-2+ years of professional experience required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills needed.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and ticketing systems.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability for standard working hours between 9 AM - 6 PM PST.
