Overview

As a Customer Experience Representative at lemlist, you will support users across our product suite, helping them succeed and resolving their issues while ensuring customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Support and guide users throughout their journey with lemlist's products.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for user inquiries via live chat, email, and calls.
  • Identify and escalate recurring user pain points to improve user experience.
  • Drive user retention and ensure customers achieve their goals.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction with every interaction.

Requirements

  • Strong relationship-building skills with users.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
  • Comfortable managing multiple conversations while maintaining support standards.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
