In Short

  • Provides technical support to clients running Altera solutions.
  • Assesses nature of system or service issues and resolves technical or sophisticated support problems.
  • Responsible for answering questions from clients regarding healthcare services.
  • Diagnoses and resolves client questions or problems over the telephone/Internet.
  • Able to read and execute Structured Query Language (SQL) code.
  • Tracks and documents inbound support requests.
  • Documents problems and solutions for client or product issues.
  • Maintains a log of issues and conveys client feedback.
  • Assists clients in troubleshooting Altera products.
  • Works directly with clients on complex problems.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with healthcare customer service.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to survey vast amounts of information quickly.
  • Warm personality and excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience with technical support.
