The GREAT STATE TEAM is seeking Remote Health Care Customer Service Representatives to join our fast-growing teams! As a Health Care Customer Service Representative, you will be handling inbound and outbound calls in a high-tech environment, resolving general questions regarding insurance, financial assistance, and processing payments. This position is challenging but rewarding, fast paced, and in a team environment.

In Short

• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding insurance and payments.
• Resolve billing and payment issues for clients.
• Respond to information requests from patients/account holders.
• Adhere to client-specific protocols and policies.
• Investigate and respond to client inquiries.
• Enter and monitor payment arrangements.
• Follow applicable laws including FDCPA, FCRA, and HIPAA.

Requirements

• 1+ years’ experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare administration preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
• Team-oriented approach.
• Bilingual candidates preferred.
