The GREAT STATE TEAM is seeking Remote Bilingual Health Care Customer Service Representatives to join our fast-growing teams! As a Health Care Customer Service Representative, you will be handling inbound and outbound calls in a high-tech environment, resolving general questions regarding insurance, financial assistance, and processing payments. This position is challenging but rewarding, fast paced, and in a team environment.

In Short

• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding billing and payment issues.
• Respond to patient/account holder inquiries professionally.
• Gain payment or arrange payment on behalf of the client.
• Follow client-specific protocols and policies.
• Investigate and respond to client inquiries.
• Enter and monitor payment arrangements.
• Adhere to applicable laws such as FDCPA and HIPAA.
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must have a hard wired internet connection.
• Camera required during scheduled shifts.

Requirements

• 1+ years’ experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare insurance preferred.
• Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and flexibility in scheduling.
• Bilingual candidates preferred for additional support.
