Overview

The GREAT STATE TEAM is seeking Remote Bilingual Health Care Customer Service Representatives to join our fast-growing teams! As a Health Care Customer Service Representative, you will be handling inbound and outbound calls in a high-tech environment, resolving general questions regarding insurance, financial assistance, and processing payments. This position is challenging but rewarding, fast paced, and in a team environment.

In Short

  • Makes and answers calls to resolve billing and payment issues.
  • Responds to requests for information by patients/account holders.
  • Acts to gain payment or arrangement of payment on behalf of the client.
  • Follows client-specific protocols and policies.
  • Investigates and responds to client inquiries.
  • Enters and monitors payment arrangements.
  • Adheres to all applicable laws (FDCPA, FCRA, HIPPA).
  • 1+ years’ experience in Call Center or Customer Service.
  • Bilingual candidates will provide additional support for bilingual calls.
  • Must have minimum internet speed requirements for remote work.

Requirements

  • 1+ years’ experience working in a Call Center or Customer Service function.
  • Knowledge/experience of medical terminology and healthcare administration preferred.
  • Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organization skills and multitasking ability.
  • Demonstrates flexibility in scheduling and assignments.
  • Ability to work cooperatively within a team-based environment.
