Requirements

• HR Business Partnering experience in hypergrowth environments.
• Deep expertise across core HR disciplines.
• Experience with international or geographically distributed businesses.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders.
• Strong commercial acumen linking People strategy to business outcomes.
• High emotional intelligence and cultural adaptability.
• Proactive nature and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
• Exceptional judgement and prioritization skills.
• Energy and presence as a trusted partner.
