• Lead the HR function for South East Asia, managing a team of four.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior HR Business Partner in a complex, global environment.
• Deep knowledge of the Philippines and South East Asia employment landscape.
• Track record of leading and developing People teams.
• Strong judgement in navigating ambiguity and sensitive decisions.
• Ability to influence without authority.
• Comfortable operating with significant autonomy.
• A pragmatic approach with a bias for action.
