Overview

We’re expanding our capabilities across Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru, and we’re hiring a Regional HR Operations Leader to play a critical role in establishing and embedding Precision’s HR Operations model across the region.

In Short

• Build and lead the HR Operations structure across the region.
• Oversee day-to-day delivery of HR services and lifecycle transactions.
• Coach and develop HR Operations Specialists.
• Collaborate with fellow Regional HR Operations Leads.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate HR processes.
• Use metrics and data to monitor HR Operations performance.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Act as the regional escalation point for complex employee matters.
• Support global alignment in systems and workflows.
• Contribute to global HR Operations projects and technology deployments.

Requirements

• Broad HR Operations or Shared Services experience across multiple countries.
• Proven success leading teams and embedding new ways of working.
• Deep understanding of HR processes, compliance, and governance.
• Strong collaboration skills in a global matrix environment.
• Data-driven, analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement.
