In Short

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and align HR strategies to support business goals.
  • Support non-exempt and exempt employees.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement best practices.
  • Develop strategies to foster a high-performance culture that promotes employee engagement.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Travel is required for this role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in HR as an HR business partner/generalist.
  • Proven track record of partnering with leaders to drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of HR best practices.
  • Experienced with Change Management.
  • Experienced with managing employee relations matters.
