Director, HR Business Partner - Remote

Overview

This role involves supporting the crucial mission of improving health outcomes at Merative. The Director, HR Business Partner position will focus on implementing strategic HR initiatives and supporting business functions.

In Short

• Support the business function HR strategic plan and HR initiatives based on assigned business units.
• Formulate partnerships across the HR COEs to deliver value-added service to leaders and employees.
• Support business units through transition and next stages of M&A.
• Lead HR strategy for business change and transformation.
• Drive change management and adoption.
• Drive organizational design and optimization.
• Provide executive coaching and leadership support to senior leaders.
• Participate in the execution of strategic HR programs.
• Analyze trends and metrics to develop effective solutions.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management.

Requirements

• 8 - 10+ years of HR experience.
• Prior experience in HR in a private equity owned company.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with global HR operations.
• Ability to provide HR consultation to executives.
• Demonstrated experience supporting multiple Global business leaders.
• Ability to guide leaders through change initiatives.
• Expert ability to apply multiple human resource disciplines.
• Proficiency in M365 products, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
