As the first HR Business Partner at InStride Health, you will shape the employee experience with a focus on resolving employee relations and supporting a growing organization.

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner and advisor to leaders.

  • Support inclusive hiring and onboarding processes.
  • Act as a change agent during organizational changes.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years as an HR Business Partner in a high-growth environment.
  • Proven success in employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Deep understanding of HR practices and employment law.
  • Strong skills in strategic advising and performance management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Analytical skills for data interpretation.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • PHR, SPHR, or equivalent HR certification preferred.
