Director, HR Business Partner - Remote

We are seeking an HR Director to drive our company strategy by partnering closely with Finance, Legal, and CBO (Government relations, BD, Policy, Brand & Comms) functions. In this role, you’ll report to the Global Head of HR Business Partners. You’ll be a critical player to support our global organization. You’ll make impactful contributions on both a hands-on and strategic level, while building an environment where everyone feels welcome and part of a team. You’ll also work with the business to align people and strategy as we scale our business and continue to drive our mission.

You’ll be an instrumental leader within the HRBP team and will have direct responsibility for supporting three C-Suite executives while interfacing directly with individuals at all levels across the organization. This role has two direct reports, one based in Malaysia, and one in the Bay Area, so flexible hours are required.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of progressive HR experience.
• Proven ability to advise senior leaders and influence outcomes.
• Deep knowledge of international HR practices and employment law.
• Skilled at balancing long-term vision with short-term execution.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
