Staff UX Designer, Lime for Business - Remote

In Short

• Help develop the Lime for Business Product from the ground up.
• Define the vision for employee-facing features in the Lime Rider mobile app.
• Lead full-cycle user-centered design from discovery to final specs.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Contribute to and extend Lime’s mobile design systems and UX frameworks.
• Influence product strategy through strong design storytelling.
• Mentor peers and advocate for rider-centric decision-making.
• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in crafting consumer-facing products.
• Expertise in mobile app design and development.
• Strong proficiency across web and multi-platform ecosystems.
• Ability to own and drive strategy and execution of product solutions.
• Detail-oriented with high aesthetic craft.
• Experience with Figma and rapid iteration.
• Background in user research.
