In Short

• Join the People Solutions Team as a Senior HRIS Analyst.
• Maintain accurate HR system data and drive Workday strategy.
• Focus on Time/Attendance, Advanced Compensation, Reporting, and Security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate business needs.
• Lead configuration and optimization of Workday modules.
• Ensure compliance with global data regulations and maintain data integrity.
• Act as a consultative partner to HRBP and Payroll teams.
• Utilize project management skills for HR initiatives.
• Provide high-level support and training to stakeholders.
• Remote position with a requirement for candidates residing in Ireland.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of Workday experience.
• Experience leading full-cycle implementation or optimization projects.
• Technical expertise in Workday configuration, especially Time & Attendance and Advanced Compensation.
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
• Critical thinking skills for data analysis and troubleshooting.
