We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HRIS Analyst Senior with a strong background in HR systems to join our dynamic team. As a Senior HRIS Analyst you will manage and optimize our Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR data, and provide strategic insights through advanced reporting and system analysis. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in HRIS management, with a strong focus on data analysis, system configuration, and process improvement. Proficiency in major HRIS platforms such as Oracle Fusion, Workday, or similar systems is essential. Position reports to the HRIS Manager.
