Senior HRIS Analyst - Remote

Overview

PagerDuty is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to join our diverse, customer-focused team! The Senior HRIS Analyst is a member of the centralized, dedicated Workday HRIS Team, working together to ensure effective use of the system by updating, configuring, improving, and providing expertise on the system to cross-functional stakeholders.

In Short

• Provides technical support for Workday Modules (Core HCM, Absence, Time Keeping, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, etc.).
• Collaborates with functional and technical system stakeholders to streamline processes.
• Participates in the review, testing, and implementation of feature releases.
• Documents process and results following SOX compliance change management.
• Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running audits and analyzing data.
• Engages with the Workday community to recommend solutions to address business needs.
• Acts as a system consultant to process and program owners.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of Workday configuration experience.
• Proficient with EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder).
• Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-focused company.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and pivot when necessary.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a focus on execution.
• Experience developing and implementing business and system process improvements.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
