In Short

• Lead design, architecture, and configuration across Workday modules.
• Own the roadmap with functional and technical system stakeholders.
• Lead Workday release management.
• Establish and document process and results following SOX compliance.
• Drive the strategy around data governance and integrity.
• Optimize the Workday environment and manage vendor relationships.
• Translate ambiguous needs into scalable Workday designs.
• Mentor HRIS analysts and peers.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of Workday configuration experience.
• Proficient with EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder).
• Experience in a fast-paced, growth-focused company.
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Sets standards for execution and process optimization.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
