Overview

As the Senior People Partner for ALH Hotels, you will serve as a strategic, practical and influential People Partner, translating business needs into effective people practices that positively drive overall performance and sustainable commercial value.

Requirements

• 7-10 years in a strategic HR/People Business Partner role.
• Experience in leading organizations through change.
• Understanding of Australian employment law and HR best practices.
• Ability to work in a matrixed organization.
• Full Drivers License.
• Hospitality or related industry experience.
• Relevant tertiary degree qualifications.
