• Proactively partner with client groups to identify strategic issues.
• Develop and implement HR-related projects.

• Act as a subject matter expert on HR compliance and policies.
• Conduct compensation benchmarking and support job leveling.
• Analyze total compensation costs with Finance.
• Liaise with senior leadership for status updates.

Requirements

• Degree or certification in Human Resources Management.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Expertise in employee relations and HR metrics.
• Ability to implement policies and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
