Overview

We are looking for a Senior People Partner to serve as a strategic HR Business Partner to our Go-To-Market teams (including Sales, Customer Success and Support). As a Senior People Partner, you’ll set your own bar to help align business objectives with people strategies, including developing leaders and teams, driving performance, engagement and effectiveness, and fostering an inclusive culture. Think: a Head of People for our GTM teams within Everlaw. Everlaw is at an exciting time in its evolution and is positioned for sustainability and growth over the next several years. We’re looking for passionate people to join us on the next phase of this incredible journey!

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of HR Business Partner experience.
  • Understanding of business priorities and organizational goals.
  • Knowledge of key HR functions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence.
  • Experience collaborating with other parts of the People Team.
  • Ability to analyze people metrics for solutions.
  • Comfortable creating solutions within ambiguity.
