Requirements

• Extensive HR Experience: Proven background in human resources, particularly in remote tech environments, with a strong understanding of both the strategic (Business Partnering, Talent Development) and operational (Performance & Engagement Cycles).
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication, EQ, and relationship-building skills to collaborate with various levels of management and diverse teams.
• Innovative Thinking, Talent- & Data-Minded: Ability to create and refine people processes, implementing talent strategies that align with M-KOPA's goals and values.
